Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut in margarine and add sweet potatoes. Add enough milk to make dough stiff enough to roll.
    Cut biscuits and place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 biscuits.
