Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    15 corn tortillas
    1/2 c. flour
    6 to 7 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Velveeta or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 1/2 pkg. enchilada seasoning mix
    2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook
    meat
    and
    onion until well done, drain, add salt and pepper
    to
    taste.
    In a large saucepan, melt shortening. Add flour
    and
    brown slightly over low heat, stirring often. Add enchilada
    mix
    sauce,
    tomato sauce, water and seasoning mix. Stir constantly until thick and hot, add salt.
