Swedish Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. margarine
2 small onions, chopped
2 c. left over meat, diced
8 cold cooked potatoes, diced
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook the onion in the margarine in a frying pan on medium heat.
Then add meat and potatoes.
This should be nicely browned, but not dry.
Season to taste.
This is good served with eggs.
