Picnic Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. small red potatoes
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 oz. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 carrot, grated
    3 ribs celery, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets.
    Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, evaporated milk, oil and vinegar together in a bowl.
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Mix warm potatoes with salad dressing, grated vegetables and parsley.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Chill overnight.
