Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced or grated zucchini (2 small, unpeeled)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. mayonnaise or oregano
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients and spread to edge of pan.
    Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
    While hot, cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces to make about 4 dozen.
    Serve hot.
    Can be made ahead.
    Bake only 15 minutes, then freeze.
    Reheat about 15 minutes if frozen.
