Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. hamburger
    1 c. pinto beans, mashed
    3 or 4 green peppers, finely chopped
    2 lb. onions, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. red or black pepper
    8 to 10 Tbsp. chili powder
    5 or 6 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain well.
    Add mashed beans to hamburger.
    Saut onions, peppers, minced garlic in butter.
    Add all ingredients together and simmer for 3 hours.
    Crock-pot works good.
    Makes about 1 1/2 to 2 gallons.
