Brazil Nut Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Brazil nuts
8 oz. pkg. pitted dates
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1 c. maraschino cherries, drained
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put nuts, dates, pineapple and cherries into large bowl.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt over nuts and fruits.
Mix with hands until well coated.
