Southwest Taco Dip(Makes 1 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 lb. ground raw turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. bottled salsa
    Cheddar cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 avocado, chopped
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Combine beans, turkey, onion and chili powder in shallow 2-quart microwave dish.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 8 minutes, stirring to mash beans and break up turkey every 3 minutes until meat is white.
    Stir in salsa, sprinkle with cheese and microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
