Chicken Saronno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. curry
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. Amaretto
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut chicken into strips.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and curry in a bowl.
    Heat butter in a large skillet.
    Dip chicken strips in flour mixture and brown in skillet.
    Brown both sides of chicken, then add Amaretto and lemon.
    Simmer for 5 minutes.
    Mix chicken broth and cornstarch together.
    Stir into mixture in the skillet.
    Stir until sauce thickens.
    Serve over rice.
