Tomato-Basil Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    3 Tbsp. chopped basil
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    10 pitted black olives
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (balsamic is best)
    3 large tomatoes
    6 large mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut the garlic and rub a shallow serving dish with it.
    Slice the olives, tomatoes and mushrooms and arrange in the dish.
    Mix the oil and vinegar and pour over the vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
