Sara'S Hot Chicken Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (5 oz.) can chunk white chicken *
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (2 3/4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    *It is best to use fresh, cooked chicken breast when possible.
