Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, vanilla and oil and mix.
Stir in zucchini.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Bake in two loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
