Marinated Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 small tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; toss to mix. Refrigerate overnight.
Yield:
10 to 12 servings.
