Jiffy Cranberry Refrigerator Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 sponge cake
    2 c. cranberry sauce
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Fold stiffly beaten egg whites into sauce.
    Arrange alternate layers of sauce and sliced cake, ending with cake on top.
    Place weight on top and chill. Serve with whipped cream.
