Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 boiled eggs
    1 medium onion (optional)
    3 Tbsp. (heaping) salad cubes
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes and boil approximately 15 minutes. Drain and add remaining ingredients and gently stir (potatoes will become mushy if stirred too hard).
    Serve hot or cold.
