Holiday Gelatin Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 large pkg. artificially sweetened lime-flavored gelatin
    1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in one cup boiling water.
    With a whisk, thoroughly blend in yogurt.
    Stir in pineapple, including juice. Mix in cherries and nuts and pour into a gelatin mold.
    Chill until set. Makes 8 to 10 half-cup servings.
