Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. flaked coconut
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended. Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until edges of cookies are slightly brown.
    Remove immediately from sheet. Cool.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
