Pineapple Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken legs or split broiler, skinned
salt and pepper
4 tsp. flour
2/3 c. regular barbecue sauce
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
2 Tbsp. liquid honey
1 tsp. ground ginger
dash of Tabasco sauce
hot cooked rice
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Place in casserole. Gradually mix flour with barbecue sauce until well blended.
Add pineapple syrup, honey, ginger and Tabasco sauce to barbecue sauce.
Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Uncover. Continue baking until chicken is done. Baste every once in awhile with sauce. Serve over rice.
