Cream Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine heavy cream with buttermilk, then suspend mixture in a piece of cloth (tight woven) over a bowl for 24 hours or until cream thickens.
    (The longer you leave it suspended, the drier it will be.)
    Season with salt to taste.
