Pastry For Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Add dry ingredients. Cut in shortening.
Add egg, water and vinegar; mix well.
Keep for one week in refrigerator.
Make 3 crusts with lattice strips.
Roll as needed per pie.
