Peanut Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. chopped peanuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    6 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 big box vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 big box chocolate instant pudding mix
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1 Hershey chocolate bar
    3/4 c. finely chopped peanuts
Preparation
    First Layer: Blend together butter, flour and 2/3 cup peanuts. Pat into bottom of a 13 x 9 pan and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool.
