Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. chocolate, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and butter in double boiler over medium heat until melted.
    Add light cream and sugar.
    Gradually stirring after each time sugar is added.
    Add condensed milk and let cook to thicken.
