Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Tender Quick (Morton)
Preparation
    Mix all together real well.
    Make into 3 rolls in Reynolds Wrap (shiny side in).
    Refrigerate for 24 hours, then bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Before baking, punch holes in bottom of rolls and bake on rack so grease will drain while rolls are baking.
