Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced thin
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 beaten eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 c. mayo
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions in small amount of water until tender on top of stove. Drain; add sugar, eggs, mayo, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered dish. Cover with cheese, then cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
