Spitzaredu(Spaghetti With Potato Sauce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti
olive oil
onion
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
1 small can tomato paste
oregano
basil
salt and pepper
your own meatballs
Preparation

In a saucepan, saute a little onion in a small amount of olive oil until translucent.
Add all the potato cubes and the can of tomato paste.
Keep stirring potatoes for about 20 minutes so they don't burn.
You can add a little water if it looks too thick. Stir until the potatoes are soft.
Fill the saucepan 3/4 full of water.
Add the remainder of ingredients (salt, pepper, basil, oregano and your meatballs) and let simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When completed, pour over spaghetti.
