Pineapple Fruit Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh pineapple
    1 to 2 c. watermelon balls
    1 to 2 c. cantaloupe or honeydew melon balls
    1 c. drained mandarin orange sections
    1 c. seedless grapes
    1 to 2 c. bananas, sliced
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
Preparation
    Slice each pineapple in half lengthwise.
    Using a grapefruit knife, carefully remove pineapple from shells.
    Reserve shells; cut pineapple into chunks.
    Combine pineapple chunks, watermelon balls, cantaloupe balls, orange sections, grapes and bananas; blend in orange juice.
    Chill about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve in pineapple shells.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
