Spinach Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen (10 oz.) spinach, cooked and drained very well
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    2 medium onions, chopped
    6 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
Preparation
    Empty carton
    of
    plain
    yogurt
    into
    cheesecloth
    and suspend over
    a large bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
    The next day, you can
    use
    plain
    or
    added soup mix for a dip or lemon juice and honey for a salad dressing or only honey for a spread on toast.
