Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

vanilla wafers
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line cupcake pans with liners and place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of each.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Spoon into cupcake liners.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes.
Do not brown.
Makes 1 dozen.
