Banana And Peanut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    lump of butter (rounded Tbsp.)
    2 egg yolks (can substitute 1/2 c. cream cheese)
    3 cold bananas (can substitute other fruits)
    1 c. salted peanuts
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients well; add butter and cook over low heat until it begins to thicken.
    Pour beaten eggs slowly into mixture and continue cooking until thick and creamy.
    Cool and refrigerate.
    When dressing is cold, layer in cold bowl with peanuts and sliced bananas.
    Chill 1/2 hour.
