Company Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
6 oz. spaghetti
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 cans tomatoes
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat in shortening till red disappears.
Add onion, tomatoes, steak sauce, ketchup, green peppers and simmer 30 minutes.
Cook spaghetti.
Combine spaghetti and beef mixture in large greased baking dish and season to taste.
Fold in soup and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until top is brown.
