Pico De Gallo(Rooster'S Beak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small tomatoes, diced (1/2 lb.)
    1 small onion, chopped
    2/3 c. diced cucumber
    6 small radishes, diced
    1/2 c. loosely packed cilantro, coarsely chopped
    3 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
    juice of 1/2 small lime
    salt
Preparation
    Mix tomato, onion, cucumber, radishes, cilantro and peppers. Squeeze lime juice over; add salt to taste.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate.
    Makes 2 cups.
