Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. finely shredded zucchini
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 ounces Gruyere cheese or Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 green onions, cut diagonally into 1 inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
    Pour into a greased 9 inch quiche dish.
    Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes then cut.
