Lime Molded Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. pineapple juice (from small can crushed pineapple)
2/3 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (use juice for above)
Preparation

Mix sugar, pineapple juice and water in small pan.
Boil until sugar dissolves.
Remove from water; add jello.
Cool until slightly jelled.
Whip cream.
Add cottage cheese, jello mixture and crushed pineapple.
Mold.
