Unstuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. raw rice
1 small cabbage, chopped fine
Preparation

Fry meat and onion; drain.
Add rice and mix together.
Place chopped cabbage in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
Pour meat and rice over it.
Mix soup, water and ketchup; pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
