Fresh Fruit Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cookie crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chilled whipping cream
1 c. blueberries
1 c. strawberries, cut into halves
5 apricots, cut into fourths
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
1/4 to 1/2 c. apple jelly
Preparation

Bake cookie crust; cool.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on low speed until smooth.
Beat in whipping cream on low speed until blended; beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Spread over crust to within 1/4-inch of edge.
Arrange fruit in circles on crust.
Heat jelly over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
Brush over fruit.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
