Stirred Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    8 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 lb. cherries
    2 lb. pineapple
    4 qt. pecans
    1 box white raisins
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and eggs and add flour and spices.
    Add fruit, nuts and raisins to mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 in two long greased pans for 15 minutes.
    Remove and stir.
    Repeat process 2 more times.
    Pack in large tube pan lined with greased brown paper. Return to oven and cook 15 minutes.
    Total Cooking Time:
    1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes and remove.
