Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. fresh spinach
    6 slices bacon
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 medium red onion, diced
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Wash spinach well and break into large bite-size pieces.
    Add onion, eggs, bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble on top just before serving.
