Sour Cream Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
-
Take first 5 ingredients and cook in saucepan until thick and cool.
Add lemon juice, sour cream and lemon rind.
Pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
