Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (16 oz.) cans red beans
    1 lb. spicy sausage (Hillshire), cut into pieces
    1 lb. chopped ham (I use sandwich sliced)
    2 yellow onions, chopped
    4 to 6 ribs celery, chopped
    1 large or 2 small bell peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. light oleo
    1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1 or 2 cloves garlic (or 1 1/2 tsp. powder)
    4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour.
    Serve over hot rice or pasta.
