Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated apple
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar; cream together.
Add Wesson oil and vanilla.
Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture, blending thoroughly.
Add grated apples and chopped pecans.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
