Lasagna "Al Forno" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
    salt
    pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna
    1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced thin
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and garlic in oil. Drain well.
    Add sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook lasagna as directed on package.
    Layer in oblong baking dish the sauce, lasagna, cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Top with sauce and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
