Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium squash, washed and cooked
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash on medium heat until you can put a fork in them. Lift out of water and cut in half lengthwise.
    Scrape out each half with spoon and reserve in a large bowl to be mixed with more ingredients.
    Place squash hulls in shallow baking dish.
