Yankee Potato Nachos(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. baking potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1/4 c. salsa
    1 1/2 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. drained canned green chili peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes in a 9-inch plate, overlapping slices. Loosely cover and microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes until tender. Spread salsa over potatoes.
    Place green pepper and chili peppers on top of salsa.
    Top with cheese and microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
