German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bar German sweet chocolate
    2 3/4 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. softened butter or margarine
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and cool (microwave or double boiler). Sift together dry ingredients. Stir softened butter. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix to dampen flour. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed by mixer or 300 vigorous strokes by hand. Add eggs, yolk and chocolate. Beat 1 minute. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 65 minutes. Cool and glaze.
