Mocha Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 sq. unsweetened chocolate (1 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. cold, double-strength coffee
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together.
    Melt together the unsweetened chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter in double boiler and add to first mixture.
    Mix and blend well.
    Mix the milk and vanilla.
    Combine and add to the first mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch greased pan.
