Chinese Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Chinese noodles
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat in salad oil until crumbly.
    Add onions, celery, soups, bean sprouts and 1 1/2 cups warm water.
    Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper.
    Turn into greased casserole; cover with foil or lid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes.
    Serves 8.
