Christmas Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour (all-purpose)
1 c. prunes (unseeded), cooked
1/2 c. nuts (pecans), chopped
1/2 c. raisins, pre-soaked
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs one at a time. Add alternately sifted dry ingredients with buttermilk. Then add vanilla, nuts, prunes and raisins.
