Apple Saucy Goose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 goose
    2 tart apples, sliced
    1 can applesauce
    3/4 c. currant jelly
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. corn syrup
Preparation
    Soak goose overnight in salt water.
    Place 2 apples in cavity. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes per pound.
