Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos
    1 (2 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 cup French fried onions.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top.
    Bake uncovered for 5 minutes until top is golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
