Barbecued Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. Kraft oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Add barbecue sauce, water and onion. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add green pepper and mushrooms. Continue cooking 15 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
